Charlie has been a familiar and friendly face at Oakwood Dental Practice for over 14 years. She began her career as a dental nurse but soon discovered her passion lay in patient interaction and organisation, leading her to her current role as our much-loved dental receptionist.
With a natural talent for connecting with people, Charlie takes pride in building genuine relationships with our patients and making them feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail make her a pro at managing diaries and staying on top of all things admin, ensuring the practice runs smoothly every day.
Charlie is married with two grown-up daughters, one of whom proudly follows in her footsteps as a dental nurse here at the practice. She’s also soon to begin a new and exciting chapter as a grandparent to twins, which she couldn’t be more thrilled about.
When she’s not at work, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, swimming, and taking long countryside walks with her beloved dogs.
