Dr. Hennie Muller is known for his calm, caring approach and his commitment to helping patients feel comfortable—especially those who feel anxious about visiting the dentist. He is a strong advocate for anxiety control in dentistry and a member of SAAD (The Society for the Advancement of Anaesthetics in Dentistry), with a postgraduate diploma in minor oral surgery and sedation techniques.
Hennie holds a master’s degree in dental implantology from the University of Bristol and has a special interest in advanced surgical and implant procedures. He stays at the forefront of modern techniques, incorporating cutting-edge approaches such as Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) to support faster healing and improved outcomes.
Previously, Hennie spent eight years as a dental trainer for the Oxford Deanery, mentoring dental registrars and leading a Winchester practice that was awarded Advanced Training status. He continues to accept referrals from surrounding practices and enjoys mentoring clinicians training in sedation and implant dentistry.
Outside the clinic, Hennie leads an active and well-rounded life. He’s a keen mountain biker, an ever-hopeful golfer, and a talented musician who plays both the piano and trumpet. His musical taste spans from classical to light jazz. A fluent speaker of English and Afrikaans, he’s currently learning Spanish and enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds.
Hennie works alongside his wife, Dr. Grethe Louw, and together they share a passion for providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to their community
